1. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the immediate digital nature of our custom 4K/8K downloads, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the watermark-free file has been generated and downloaded.

2. Quality Guarantee & Free Revisions

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your downloaded map contains a rendering glitch, typographical error, or incorrect coordinates caused by our system, contact our support within 7 days at support@maparte.app. We will happily regenerate and deliver a corrected ultra-HD print file at zero cost.

3. Chargeback & Payment Inquiries

Payments are securely processed via Dodo Payments. Before opening any dispute with your bank, please reach out to us directly for immediate resolution within 24 hours.
